Booking online? The KitchenAid oven model number in the form lets us check parts before we arrive.
Step one covers the appliance; step two, your contact details. We follow up to book the visit.
KitchenAid Oven Repair for Owners, Renters and Landlords
We are independent and have no tie to KitchenAid. If the oven is still inside its KitchenAid warranty, the manufacturer should be your first call. Once that coverage has ended, include the model number and the symptom in your booking so parts can be looked up ahead of the visit.
How an Oven Repair Visit Works
Tell Us What's Wrong
Name the make, add the model number if it is handy, and describe the symptom. A picture of the label inside the door lets us check parts.
Diagnosis at Your Home
The technician tests the appliance along with its power, water, drain, gas or vent connections until the fault is confirmed.
A Price Before Work
We name the failed part and give you the cost of fixing it. Work starts only after you agree.
Repair and Check
The part is installed and the appliance is run through a cycle so you can watch it working.
How KitchenAid designs its ovens
KitchenAid wall ovens with Even-Heat True Convection use a separate element wrapped around the convection fan, and that element is a common failure: the oven bakes normally but convection modes won't heat. The fan motor itself can seize or grow noisy. Bake and broil elements burn out, the temperature sensor drifts, and the door lock can stick after self-clean. Double ovens have two sets of parts and one control, so a problem in one cavity often leaves the other fine. We test the convection element and fan, sensor resistance and door lock before recommending anything, and handle the control board only when those check out.
Common failure points on KitchenAid ovens
- Convection element burned out
- Convection fan motor seized
- Bake element failed
- Temperature sensor drifting
- Door lock stuck after self-clean

Still have a question?
Get in touch with the brand, the symptom and, if you can find it, the model number. Some things we can answer right away; others need a technician in front of the machine.
The convection element around the fan often fails while the bake element keeps working. We test the element and fan motor to confirm.
