The short answer

TrueFix Virginia does not sell personal information. We also do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not run automated profiling that makes decisions about people. Customer lists are never rented, traded or handed to data brokers or advertisers, and the site has no ad trackers that follow you around the web. Your information is used to schedule and complete your repair and for the business records each job produces.

Providers who work for us

Some companies process information for us as part of the service they sell us: our web host, email service, scheduling software and text-messaging platform, plus Google Analytics when it is switched on. They receive what they need to do that work and are not given it to advertise to you. Each one, and what it sees, is described in our Privacy Policy.

If we ever planned to sell information or use it for advertising, we would update this page and the Privacy Policy first and give you the chance to opt out before anything changed.

Filing an opt-out with us

You are welcome to opt out now, even though there is nothing to opt out of today. Contact us and say you want to opt out of sale, targeted advertising and profiling.
