Booking online? The Kenmore range model number in the form lets us check parts before we arrive.
Step one covers the appliance; step two, your contact details. We follow up to book the visit.
Kenmore Range Repair for Owners, Renters and Landlords
We are independent and have no tie to Kenmore. If the range is still inside its Kenmore warranty, the manufacturer should be your first call. Once that coverage has ended, include the model number and the symptom in your booking so parts can be looked up ahead of the visit.
How a Range Repair Visit Works
Tell Us What's Wrong
Name the make, add the model number if it is handy, and describe the symptom. A picture of the label inside the door lets us check parts.
Diagnosis at Your Home
The technician tests the appliance along with its power, water, drain, gas or vent connections until the fault is confirmed.
A Price Before Work
We name the failed part and give you the cost of fixing it. Work starts only after you agree.
Repair and Check
The part is installed and the appliance is run through a cycle so you can watch it working.
Inside a Kenmore range
Newer Kenmore and Kenmore Elite ranges carry more electronics than the older stoves: touch controls, a convection fan and, on some, dual ovens or a warming drawer. Many are Frigidaire-built, so the relay board, control panel and oven sensor follow Frigidaire's layout. A range that shows an error code and refuses to heat usually has a failed sensor, a door lock problem or a relay board fault, and we test in that order because the board costs the most. A convection fan that grinds or doesn't spin will make baking uneven. Induction Kenmore ranges have their own power electronics. When we pull a range out, we look over the anti-tip bracket and the cord or gas line before pushing it back.
Common failure points on Kenmore ranges
- Touch control unresponsive
- Oven sensor error code
- Relay board failure
- Convection fan grinding
- Warming drawer element out

Still have a question?
Get in touch with the brand, the symptom and, if you can find it, the model number. Some things we can answer right away; others need a technician in front of the machine.
Sometimes, but the sensor and door lock fail more often and are tested first. We read the code, check those parts and replace the board only if they pass.
Often yes, since many parts are shared with the builder's own models. We check that the specific board or panel is still available before quoting.
