JennAir Range Repair for Owners, Renters and Landlords

We are independent and have no tie to JennAir. If the range is still inside its JennAir warranty, the manufacturer should be your first call. Once that coverage has ended, include the model number and the symptom in your booking so parts can be looked up ahead of the visit.

Stacked & closet laundry
Townhouses and condos often put a stacked washer-dryer in an upstairs closet, so a small drip can end up staining the room underneath. Tell us where the machines sit.
Condo & high-rise rules
Many managed buildings ask for a certificate of insurance, a reserved freight elevator or set work hours. Check with yours and pass the rules along when you book.
Parking & access
Visitor spaces, garage clearance, gate codes and front-desk sign-in all shape a visit. Mention them at booking so nothing holds up the diagnosis.
Rentals & landlords
A tenant can book the visit. We report the fault and the price to the owner or property manager, who signs off before any work starts.
Garages, heat & humidity
A garage fridge or freezer can struggle through a hot, humid summer or a hard cold snap without any part failing. Check the temperature range in its manual.
Straight answers
When an older appliance isn't worth repairing, we say so and explain exactly which part failed.

How a Range Repair Visit Works

01

Tell Us What's Wrong

Name the make, add the model number if it is handy, and describe the symptom. A picture of the label inside the door lets us check parts.

02

Diagnosis at Your Home

The technician tests the appliance along with its power, water, drain, gas or vent connections until the fault is confirmed.

03

A Price Before Work

We name the failed part and give you the cost of fixing it. Work starts only after you agree.

04

Repair and Check

The part is installed and the appliance is run through a cycle so you can watch it working.

How JennAir designs its ranges

JennAir ranges include RISE and NOIR gas, dual-fuel, electric and induction models, plus downdraft ranges both current and decades old. A dual-fuel range combines gas burners with an electric oven, so its faults split between spark ignition and burners on top and elements, the convection fan and the oven sensor below. Gas ovens add the igniter and valve. Induction ranges rely on power boards and cooling fans. Downdraft models also have a blower and a duct that must be clear all the way outside. Older ranges add aging boards, and heavy doors add worn hinges. When a range comes out, the anti-tip bracket and the gas or power hookup get checked before it goes back.

Common failure points on JennAir ranges

  • Dual-fuel oven element failure
  • Burner ignition problems
  • Convection fan noise
  • Downdraft blower weak
  • Control board fault

See the range symptoms and causes page for problems that aren't brand-specific.

Still have a question?

Get in touch with the brand, the symptom and, if you can find it, the model number. Some things we can answer right away; others need a technician in front of the machine.

Often, for blowers, elements, igniters and switches. If the control board is discontinued, replacement may make more sense, and we tell you before any work.

Yes. They share many internal parts, and we order against your exact model and serial number.
