Bosch Dishwasher Repair for Owners, Renters and Landlords

We are independent and have no tie to Bosch. If the dishwasher is still inside its Bosch warranty, the manufacturer should be your first call. Once that coverage has ended, include the model number and the symptom in your booking so parts can be looked up ahead of the visit.

Stacked & closet laundry
Townhouses and condos often put a stacked washer-dryer in an upstairs closet, so a small drip can end up staining the room underneath. Tell us where the machines sit.
Condo & high-rise rules
Many managed buildings ask for a certificate of insurance, a reserved freight elevator or set work hours. Check with yours and pass the rules along when you book.
Parking & access
Visitor spaces, garage clearance, gate codes and front-desk sign-in all shape a visit. Mention them at booking so nothing holds up the diagnosis.
Rentals & landlords
A tenant can book the visit. We report the fault and the price to the owner or property manager, who signs off before any work starts.
Garages, heat & humidity
A garage fridge or freezer can struggle through a hot, humid summer or a hard cold snap without any part failing. Check the temperature range in its manual.
Straight answers
When an older appliance isn't worth repairing, we say so and explain exactly which part failed.

How a Dishwasher Repair Visit Works

01

Tell Us What's Wrong

Name the make, add the model number if it is handy, and describe the symptom. A picture of the label inside the door lets us check parts.

02

Diagnosis at Your Home

The technician tests the appliance along with its power, water, drain, gas or vent connections until the fault is confirmed.

03

A Price Before Work

We name the failed part and give you the cost of fixing it. Work starts only after you agree.

04

Repair and Check

The part is installed and the appliance is run through a cycle so you can watch it working.

How Bosch designs its dishwashers

Bosch dishwashers talk through E codes, and three show up again and again. E15 means the float in the base pan has been lifted by water; the machine stops washing and runs the drain pump, and the job is to find where the water came from. E24 and E25 indicate a drain problem, often a blocked filter, a kinked hose, or something jammed under the pump cover. On models where the heater is built into the circulation pump, a heating failure can show as E09. Doors that fall open usually have a snapped hinge cable. We read the code history, inspect the base, filter and pump, and trace any leak to its source before clearing the fault.

Common failure points on Bosch dishwashers

  • E15 water in the base pan
  • E24 or E25 drain restriction
  • E09 heat pump assembly failed
  • Hinge cable snapped, door drops
  • Door latch not engaging

FAQ

Bosch Dishwasher FAQ

Brief answers to what customers most often ask us. Don't see yours? Ask when you call, or add it to the notes when you book online.

Still have a question?

Get in touch with the brand, the symptom and, if you can find it, the model number. Some things we can answer right away; others need a technician in front of the machine.

It may clear for a while, but something let water into the base and it will happen again. Door seals, the heat pump and loose hose connections are the usual sources. We locate the leak first.

The machine couldn't drain properly. Clean the filter, check that the drain hose isn't kinked, and make sure a new disposal's knockout plug was removed. If the code returns, the pump may be jammed or failing.
