Booking online? The Samsung stove model number in the form lets us check parts before we arrive.
Step one covers the appliance; step two, your contact details. We follow up to book the visit.
Samsung Stove Repair for Owners, Renters and Landlords
We are independent and have no tie to Samsung. If the stove is still inside its Samsung warranty, the manufacturer should be your first call. Once that coverage has ended, include the model number and the symptom in your booking so parts can be looked up ahead of the visit.
How a Stove Repair Visit Works
Tell Us What's Wrong
Name the make, add the model number if it is handy, and describe the symptom. A picture of the label inside the door lets us check parts.
Diagnosis at Your Home
The technician tests the appliance along with its power, water, drain, gas or vent connections until the fault is confirmed.
A Price Before Work
We name the failed part and give you the cost of fixing it. Work starts only after you agree.
Repair and Check
The part is installed and the appliance is run through a cycle so you can watch it working.
How Samsung designs its stoves
Day to day, a Samsung stove is judged by whether the burners light and the oven heats. On gas models, a burner that clicks without catching usually has a wet or dirty electrode, a misaligned cap, or clogged ports after a spill. When every burner clicks at once and won't stop, a spark switch has shorted. On smooth-top electric models, one element that stays dark points to the element, its infinite switch or relay, and a burned terminal can cause it too. Slow preheating on a gas oven is the classic sign of a weak igniter; on electric, a bake element with a small blister or break. We test each part while the stove is running, because some faults only appear once things warm up.
Common failure points on Samsung stoves
- Surface burner clicks but won't catch
- All igniters sparking at once
- Smoothtop element staying dark
- Oven slow to preheat
- Burner cap sitting off its base

Still have a question?
Get in touch with the brand, the symptom and, if you can find it, the model number. Some things we can answer right away; others need a technician in front of the machine.
Usually the cap isn't seated or the ports are partly blocked, so gas doesn't reach the spark. Remove the cap, clean the ports with a pin, dry it thoroughly and reseat it. If it still struggles, the electrode or spark switch may need attention.
No. That usually means the control for that element, often an infinite switch or a board relay, is failing. The element itself is probably fine. We test the switch and relay and replace what isn't regulating correctly.
