LG Stove Repair for Owners, Renters and Landlords

We are independent and have no tie to LG. If the stove is still inside its LG warranty, the manufacturer should be your first call. Once that coverage has ended, include the model number and the symptom in your booking so parts can be looked up ahead of the visit.

Stacked & closet laundry
Townhouses and condos often put a stacked washer-dryer in an upstairs closet, so a small drip can end up staining the room underneath. Tell us where the machines sit.
Condo & high-rise rules
Many managed buildings ask for a certificate of insurance, a reserved freight elevator or set work hours. Check with yours and pass the rules along when you book.
Parking & access
Visitor spaces, garage clearance, gate codes and front-desk sign-in all shape a visit. Mention them at booking so nothing holds up the diagnosis.
Rentals & landlords
A tenant can book the visit. We report the fault and the price to the owner or property manager, who signs off before any work starts.
Garages, heat & humidity
A garage fridge or freezer can struggle through a hot, humid summer or a hard cold snap without any part failing. Check the temperature range in its manual.
Straight answers
When an older appliance isn't worth repairing, we say so and explain exactly which part failed.

How a Stove Repair Visit Works

01

Tell Us What's Wrong

Name the make, add the model number if it is handy, and describe the symptom. A picture of the label inside the door lets us check parts.

02

Diagnosis at Your Home

The technician tests the appliance along with its power, water, drain, gas or vent connections until the fault is confirmed.

03

A Price Before Work

We name the failed part and give you the cost of fixing it. Work starts only after you agree.

04

Repair and Check

The part is installed and the appliance is run through a cycle so you can watch it working.

How LG designs its stoves

People who call about an LG stove are usually describing one of a handful of symptoms, and the first job is pinning down which system is involved. A gas burner that clicks without lighting may have a wet igniter or a cap out of place. An oven that turns itself off can be a sensor fault, a door lock problem or a control reacting to overheating, and the display code is our first clue. A range that shows nothing may just have lost power at the outlet, breaker or cord connection. LG ranges also use touch keys that can wear or lose contact after a spill. We check the easy causes on the spot and then test the component behind the complaint.

Common failure points on LG stoves

  • Burner cap out of position
  • Oven shuts off mid-bake
  • Display blank from power supply
  • Touch key dead after spill
  • Igniter wet from boil-over

See the stove symptoms and causes page for problems that aren't brand-specific.

FAQ

LG Stove FAQ

Brief answers to what customers most often ask us. Don't see yours? Ask when you call, or add it to the notes when you book online.

Still have a question?

Get in touch with the brand, the symptom and, if you can find it, the model number. Some things we can answer right away; others need a technician in front of the machine.

A sensor reading out of range, a door lock issue or a control detecting overheating can all end a cycle. Note any code on the display. We check the sensor and control area before replacing anything.

First check the breaker and, on gas models, the outlet and any GFCI. If power is present, the fault may be in the display board or power supply. We test the supply before looking at boards.
