JennAir Stove Repair for Owners, Renters and Landlords
We are independent and have no tie to JennAir. If the stove is still inside its JennAir warranty, the manufacturer should be your first call. Once that coverage has ended, include the model number and the symptom in your booking so parts can be looked up ahead of the visit.
How a Stove Repair Visit Works
Tell Us What's Wrong
Name the make, add the model number if it is handy, and describe the symptom. A picture of the label inside the door lets us check parts.
Diagnosis at Your Home
The technician tests the appliance along with its power, water, drain, gas or vent connections until the fault is confirmed.
A Price Before Work
We name the failed part and give you the cost of fixing it. Work starts only after you agree.
Repair and Check
The part is installed and the appliance is run through a cycle so you can watch it working.
How JennAir designs its stoves
On a JennAir range, the cooktop half is where daily wear piles up. Gas burners with spark ignition get soaked by boil-overs, and one that snaps without lighting typically has a soaked or chipped igniter or ports full of burnt residue. Radiant and induction tops fail at elements, switches or power boards. Older JennAir downdraft ranges had interchangeable cartridges on some models, including grill and burner modules, and those cartridges wear at their contacts and elements. On downdraft ranges the blower and duct matter as much as the burners. We clean, inspect and test before replacing parts, and we check parts availability on older ranges before quoting.
Common failure points on JennAir stoves
- Burner clicks without lighting
- Cartridge element worn on older downdraft ranges
- Radiant element open
- Downdraft blower slow
- Knob or valve stiff

Still have a question?
Get in touch with the brand, the symptom and, if you can find it, the model number. Some things we can answer right away; others need a technician in front of the machine.
It depends on availability. Elements and contacts for some older cartridges are still sold; others are discontinued. We check your model before quoting.
A crooked burner cap, clogged ports or a draft from the downdraft blower can all do it. We check the burner and the airflow.
